Orders & Delivery

Orders:

  • On receipt of your order, Be U Beauti will send you an email detailing the goods you have ordered on the site; this email does not represent acceptance of your offer to purchase the goods contained in the order.
  • On confirmation of successful payment, Be U Beauti will send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.
  • Payment of orders reflected by 14:00 on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Payment reflected after 14:00, on public holidays or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • The contract of sale between you and Be U Beauti will only be completed when Be U Beauti dispatches the goods to you.

Tracking:

  • You will receive email confirmation when you order has been dispatched containing your order number, waybill number and tracking number.
  • To view and track your order, follow the link contained in the email.

Deliveries:

  • Be U Beauti shall only deliver within the boarder of South Africa

5–7 working days

  • Deliveries are from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. No deliveries on weekends and South African public holidays.
  • Delivery lead times may vary depending on your location.
  • Be U Beauti shall not be liable for any deliveries made to an address incorrectly provided by you.
  • Any person other than yourself who receives the goods at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
  • Your personal information, including your name, delivery address, telephone number & email address shall be provided to our delivery service provider for the delivery to be made.

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at BUB Online. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that you may occasionally need to return goods. We accept return application made within 7 business days from date of delivery. Contact us on +27 76 451 1118 for more information.

Conditions of return

  • Depending on the reason for return, we accept returns within 7 business days from date of delivery, Be U Beauti must be informed within 2 days of delivery of the return or exchange.
  • Only items that are in their original packaging and sealed will be eligible for return.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the dispatch note and original tax invoice emailed to you.
  • The cost of collecting any returned goods will be deducted from your refund or added to the delivery of the exchanged product.
  • A 10% penalty will be deducted for incorrect items purchased for administrative cost.
  • Our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery.

 

Common reasons for returning goods

There may specific conditions under which you would like to return goods. We have listed the most common below, together with a short description of our policy.

  1. I’ve changed my mind and no longer want the product.
    We recommend being sure of your purchase decision before proceeding with your transaction. However, should you make a purchasing decision as a result of direct marketing; we will accept your return in compliance with The South African National Consumer Protection Act (CPA), within 7 business days of delivery provided w are informed within 2 days after delivery.
  2. I purchased the incorrect item.
    We recommend that you ensure you have the correct items in your cart at the point of check-out. However, we understand that errors may occur and therefore accept returns of incorrect items purchased up to 2 business days from delivery.
  3. The goods are damaged or defective.
    Products - We need dated photographic proof of the damage or defect. This needs to be added during the Returns process.
  4. Can I return sale or promotional goods?
    Sale and promotional goods are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • Our general policy is to not issue refunds. However, should we find it reasonable to do so after reviewing your return application, we will process a refund into the account from which the purchase was made within 7 business days of notifying you of our decision.
  • Credit card transactions are processed as a reversal through the payment gateway and can take up to 10 working days for clearance.
